Available now: Our new wild Pig Hunting Info page to help those desiring to know more about hunting hogs on VAFB. Input from our experienced hog hunters is welcome.

Attention! Effective October 2013, rifle cartridges are limited to no larger than 5.56 mm/.223 Remington. Any rifle consisting of a load greater than the 5.56 mm/.223 Remington cartridge shall not be fired on any range at the club. (The flight chief and base commander fears bullets landing in the flight path.)

Attention! All rifle and handgun ranges are closed every Thursday. Only shotgun shooting is allowed on Thursdays.

Hunter Town Hall Meeting

The Conservation Law Enforcement will be holding a Hunter Town Hall Meeting, Sunday, 24 August 2014, at 1400 hrs, at the Conservation Law Enforcement office. Officer Moses will explain the Privately Owned Firearms Directive and some hunting rule changes. Make time for this event. (POF Directive)
